Luke 9:23-24

Jesus said to all of them, "If people want to follow me, they must give up the things they want. They must be willing to give up the lives daily to follow me. Those who want to save their lives will give up true life. But those who give up their lives for me will have true life. Luke 9:23-24 www.Acknowledgement.com

2 Timothy 3:16-17

"All Scripture is given by God and is useful for teaching, for showing people what is wrong in their lives, for correcting faults, and for teaching how to live right. Footprints in the sand.

One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord.              Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.                   In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand.                        Sometimes there were two sets of footprints,                            other times there were one set of footprints.                                   This bothered me because I noticed                                 that during the low periods of my life,                              when I was suffering from                          anguish, sorrow or defeat,                      I could see only one set of footprints.           So I said to the Lord,       "You promised me Lord,          that if I followed you,              you would walk with me always.                    But I have noticed that during                           the most trying periods of my life                                  there have only been one

Matthew 6:33-34

Romans 12:2

From Pastor Fred Dela Rosa "Do not change yourselves to be like the people of this world, but be changed within by a new way of thinking. Then you will be able to decide what God wants for you; you will know what is good and pleasing to him and what is perfect." Romans 12:2 www.Acknowledgement.com

Matthew 6:9-13

"Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen"  Matthew 6:9-13 www.Acknowledgement.com
